The Catertaining® station menu — readable at last

Station options start at $13 per guest. Every station lets guests choose 2 proteins and finish their dish their way. Dietary key, printed once and clearly: V = Vegan · VEG = Vegetarian · DF = Dairy Free · GF = Gluten Free · NF = Nut Free.

Interactive stations

Mediterranean Station — house-made crispy chickpea falafels (GF, V, NF), savoury grilled lamb or marinated chicken bites; tahini drizzle, hummus, taboulé, pickled turnips, tzatziki, garlic sauce, assorted pita & crisps. A satisfying vegetarian option, too.
Little Italy Interactive Pasta Bar — grilled chicken, seared beef, smoked sausage or crispy tofu; creamy Alfredo or vegan tomato sauce; cheese-filled ravioli or tortellini, penne or fusilli; a mélange of sautéed vegetables, finished with cracked pepper and grated Parmesan.
Interactive Taco Bar — grilled chicken, seasoned ground beef, or crispy tofu & black beans; cheese, sour cream, guacamole, red onion, cilantro & house-made pico de gallo.
Custom Kebab Station — seared beef, grilled chicken or grilled vegetables, with sesame soy, roasted garlic, creamy tzatziki or chipotle honey lime.

More stations & late-night

Coast to Coast Poutine Station — Yukon Gold fries, St-Albert cheese curds and veal gravy; pulled chicken, beef brisket, Montreal smoked meat, pulled pork or maple bacon; chive sour cream & crispy scallions.
Chow Mein Take-Out — noodles in take-out containers with chopsticks; grilled chicken, seared beef, stir-fried vegetables or crispy tofu, topped with green onions and hot sauces.
Carved Brisket Sammies — slow-roasted brisket on a fresh-baked bun, horseradish sauce or classic yellow mustard. Roma-Style Pizza Bites and Creamy 4-Cheese Mac n' Cheese, topped your way.
Late-Night Sweet & Savoury Snacks — house-made kettle chips, buttery popcorn, pretzel sticks, gummy candies and assorted chocolate treats, mixed in portable snack cups.

Ordering terms, stated up front: a deposit is required at event confirmation and the balance is due two weeks before your event. Taxes and a 15% event coordination fee apply; bar service, staffing and equipment rentals may be extra.

What this redesign fixed

The online Catertaining® menu was physically garbled — headings read “C t M” and “a ert ainin g enu” with letters missing, and dishes were scrambled out of order across the page. Here the full station menu reads cleanly, in order, on a phone.
The food itself was misspelled in that menu — “Tortilini” and “Fussili”. This page prints them correctly: tortellini and fusilli.
In the menu's “Order Now” block the email was printed with a space in it — “info@tulipsandmaple .ca” — so a customer copying it sent their order nowhere. Here the address is printed correctly everywhere, and ordering starts with a working quote form instead of email-only.
The homepage could sit behind a “One moment, please…” bot-check instead of loading. This sample loads instantly, mobile-first.
There was no enquiry form anywhere — every wedding started with copying an email address. This page adds a quote form, tap-to-call and WhatsApp, plus the real ordering terms (deposit, balance two weeks prior, 15% coordination fee) stated up front.
